Survey sent previous night, waiting and compiling statistics
How will we sell our school.
Stereotyping, outgoing people gives other people the feeling that one is creative, whereas stagnant people gives a very stale and dull feel.
If sch is able to portray a fun environment, it makes people feel that it is interesting. So it is a bad move for us to place future opportunities as a pulling point.
Case study on Temasek Poly
- tho the site they have is not interesting, there are many interesting things abound. Pictures lure the students instead of heavy texts, one is able to see what the sch does by looking instead of reading. They say seeing is believing.
- The site portrays a FRESH look due to the images

Given task
- Client wants to increase intake of students.
Objective
- To research on what makes the carrot, as in, the incentive we are going to show off to lure students via our site.
- Carrot(carrot that other sch gives) = Something they like to do (sell feelings)
- Think = What do u look for in a school.
- What do they like? Art or Design
- more intuitive - Interesting, intuitive, straightforward, the thing that drives a student to apply.
- Let them know what we have is what they want.
Flaws of the current site
- Bad information Architec
- Visual information, Image of school must be represented.
- Call to Action // this area must be refined (more intuitive - Interesting, intuitive, straightforward, the thing that drives a student to apply.)
Things to be changed
